2. How to place an order?

Fill up order form under order note section on website and click to submit. You will have to upload your images via Drop-box link, WeTransfer or please e-mail us info@hightechedit.com

3. How much time will it take to complete my job?

It totally depends on the service you select, number of images you submit. In rush service, it will take only 1 business day to deliver your job. If no rush service then, it takes 2 business days upto 800 images and 3-4 business days above 800 images.

4. We do rush jobs?

Yes, we do rush jobs and will return it to you in rush Hour with quality.

5. Are my orders secure?

Certainly yes! No worries about using our photo post processing service as the outsource photography editing. We take care about privacy of our clients’ orders. We won’t ever use your pictures for any other projects.

6. Why is it important to put in instructions?

The more specific you are, the better the end result will be. The best work is done when we know what you want.

7. Can I send in any type of pics to be worked on?

We work with all file types.

9. Is there any limit for the photos I can submit?

There is no limit to the photos you submit.

10. How is my image retouched?

All images are retouched by a professional touch-up artist. Please check the retouch examples on our site.

11. How do I pay?

As soon as we’ve got the order we will send the bill.It is possible to pay via PAYPAL, Bank account transfer, Debit Card and with the Credit Card as well.

12. Is there any way to give feedback when my order is delivered?

Yes ,you can easily share your thoughts about an order by sending us feedback on same delivery email which you will receive when your order is delivered.

13. Is it possible to change my instructions to the artist once it has been submitted?

Yes but not at your account on the site. Please just email us the additional instructions or any other kind of changes you need to. If changes are huge and is addressed late, it would often result in late delivery of order due to delay in your guidelines (our customer support team will inform you on the same).

14. If I am not happy with my files?

We Will redo your job without any extra charges applied. Extra charges needs to be paid only when there is change in your recent desire style and instructions given by you prior.

15. Backup of your raw and processed image files?

Your Raw files will be with us for the 15 days after the Job is delivered. Your Done Files will be with us for the 30 days after the Job is delivered.
